We here at Danielle's Boutique want to help!

If you have questions regarding a recently placed order, please direct those emails to Customer Service. Also, if you have opened an account here you can check the status of your order and view your order history from the My Account page. Many other features are available to you if you do so, and you needn't be worried about privacy, as all of your information is kept strictly confidential, and will under no circumstances be given or sold to a third party.

If you have questions about a specific product, please send your emails to either Heather or Danielle, and they will be glad to give you more specific information about the product as well as its availability, pricing, sizing, etc. Be sure to check the Size Charts to help you determine the proper size for you. If you need additional help don't hesitate to ask.

If you have questions regarding the functionality of the site, broken links, or if you have a suggestion you would like to see implemented, send an email to Heather. We would like to receive feedback and make the shopping experience as enjoyable and pain-free as possible.

Shipping Information
We know the need some of you have for discretion

Orders will be shipped 100% discreetly in plain unmarked packaging with only your address and our return address.
Orders are shipped via United States Post Office 2-3 day Priority Mail.
In-stock items will be shipped the next business day after the order is received. Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery on in-stock items.
Item availaility can be checked by selecting your desired options from the dropdowns on the products pages themselves.
If you have an account here at the Boutique, you can check the status of any item in your order from your MY ACCOUNT page.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of items that are not in stock.
You will be notified of any backordered items, and they will be shipped as soon as they become available.
If you order a downloadable video, you will receive an email that includes a link to download the file within 24 hours of the completion of your order.

Shipping charges are calculated by the order subtotal as follows:
Inside the United States:

Subtotal: Up to $20.00 $20.01 to $40.00 $40.01 to $200.00 $200.01 and up

Shipping Charge: $7.50 $8.50 $10.50 FREE!

Outside the United States:

For shipping to Canada or Mexico, there is an additional handling charge of $6.00.
For all other international shipping, there is an additional handling charge of $15.00.

Returns Policy

All sales are final on closeout items - no returns.
We must receive all returns within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.
You must notify Customer Service before returning any merchandise to obtain authorization.
Your card will be credited only for unopened packages.
Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Opened merchandise that has not been worn or laundered can be returned for Boutique credit minus a 15% re-stocking fee.

When you place an order with us, we require your billing address and the shipping address. The billing address is merely used to verify your credit card. No invoices will be sent to the billing address, nor any mailers or promotional material. All of your information is stored securely and not given or sold to any third party. Promotional or other material will likewise not be sent to the shipping address. Only the merchandise in a plain box with no company name will arrive at the shipping address. The invoice is contained in the box, and will not be mailed separately.

Any personally identifying information you choose to store in your ACCOUNT will not be visible to other visitors to the Danielle's Boutique website. If you choose to use the Wish List feature, only your Danielle's Boutique ID, email address (if you provide one), and Wish List contents will be browsable by visitors. This can be turned off at any time from the MY ACCOUNT page.

Periodically, we send out special offers via email to the email address you have provided during registration. If you would no longer like to receive these mailings, you can disable that feature also from the MY ACCOUNT page.

Under no circumstances will we give away or sell your postal or email address!

We use a secure server to send and receive information while completing your order. Our checkout process uses 128 bit SSL encryption for payment security, and we never send your credit card information via email.

Any changes to this policy will be posted on this page.
